02-06 DC5 RSX Brake Line Tuck Kit
Introducing the MPC Motorsport Brake Line Tuck Kit for the 02-06 Acura RSX! We are proud to offer high-pressure, stainless steel braided brake line kits, curated specifically for the DC5 chassis. We are a DOT certified brake line manufacturer, and our kits are assembled right here, in our shop. We’ve also designed & manufactured several unique fittings and brackets to provide the highest quality kit and cleanest possible install.
MPC Motorsport Brake Line Tuck Kits are the easiest way to delete your ABS system, as well as clean up your engine bay to make room for a Engine Swap or Turbo setup. Our kits include everything you need for a leak-free, brake line system upgrade. Available with a charcoal outer covering, or a solid black outer covering.
MPC ENGINE BAY STYLE BRAKE LINE TUCK KITS for the 02-06 TSX keep all of the brake lines in the bay, and are available for use with an OEM style prop valve (NOT included) or upgrade to include a Wilwood adjustable prop valve. This kit deletes/replaces the factory hard lines in the bay, but does not include the caliper lines – those are available separately.
PROP VALVES
The OEM Prop Valve Kit is engineered to work with the 01-05 EM2 Civic Non-ABS prop valve, which bolts into the factory location and allows your rear brake lines to connect. You must source your own OEM prop valve, it is NOT included.
The Wilwood Prop Valve Upgrade features a CNC machined junction block, a prop valve mounting bracket and does include a new Wilwood prop valve. This kit is also a bolt-in installation, and does not require any cutting or flaring of your brake lines.
MASTER CYLINDERS
This MPC Brake Line Tuck kits work with OEM Style Master Cylinders with M10 ports (US Spec). Please contact us if your Master Cylinder uses the larger, M12 style ports so we can make the necessary changes.
OEM Master Cylinders are NOT included in our kit.
Kits supporting manual Wilwood Compact Master Cylinders are coming soon!
NOTE: We do NOT recommend or support using a manual Wilwood Master Cylinder with the OEM Honda proportion valve.
